Council member's attempt to fire city attorney met with outrage, accusations

An East Palo Alto City Council member's effort last week to hastily convene a closed meeting and terminate the city attorney has drawn a fiery rebuke from the city's mayor and vice mayor.

I watched the video of the meeting and even though Lopez claims he has questions for the city’s lawyer on those two subjects he sure didn’t ask many questions last night. Why did he cancel his meeting with the city’s lawyer for May 20 as stated in the city report?
