Mervin Morris, founder of Mervyns stores, Atherton resident dies at 101

Philanthropist, Atherton resident and founder of Mervyns department stores Mervin Morris died at 101. "We were just so lucky to have had him with us — and in such extraordinary mental capacity — for so long," said his granddaughter.
