Family sues Stanford University, fraternity over son's fentanyl death

The family of a Stanford University student who died from an accidental fentanyl overdose in January 2020 has filed a lawsuit against the university and the fraternity to which he belonged.

This is absurd. The young man was an adult. He was responsible for his own actions. The university is not responsible for his sad, tragic decisions.
