Berman curses during heated hearing on 'unprofessional conduct' bill

Assembly member Marc Berman apologized Tuesday after cursing out loud at public speakers who were complaining about a proposed bill that governed "unprofessional conduct" among doctors.

Is this really news worthy? Someone lost patience at a crackpot that threatened them and used bad language. After hearing several of them who it seems were not following the set rules for speakers to identify themselves I don't blame him for the outburst.
