Many Bay Area cities and counties already had composting ordinances before SB 1383 became law in January. So are people supposed to do anything differently? Watch our video for answers to common questions.

We thought composting was going to be a huge pain, but it's not. You just need to get in the habit. We are totally surprised how much goes into the composting bin. Once they start composting, it will be easy for everyone to see how it will make a significant difference.
