Before raising ticket prices, take into account the impact of the pandemic on revenue. Some families are still steering clear of venues like this. Also, I have not seen or heard much advertising since it reopened. While my child aged out of the PAJM during the pandemic, many new families aren’t even aware of its existence or that it reopened. Don’t just run ads in the Almanac, do something on KQED radio, get a local influencer like Silicon Valley Family to visit and do a social post. Put some more effort in to driving traffic before you price people out.
