At Google's campus, state and local leaders urge greater efforts to conserve water

A group of state and local officials gathered at Google's Mountain View campus Thursday to praise the Bay Area and tout the benefits of conservation as California faces the prospect of a fourth consecutive year of drought.

Water saving is great at these levels but is overwhelmed by the majority use of water in the West. Check out Vox’s report on where our water goes. Growing alfalfa for cattle. Upending this is where we can save the most.
