Judge delays Elizabeth Holmes' sentencing

A federal judge on Monday ordered that the sentencing of Theranos founder and CEO Elizabeth Holmes, scheduled for Oct. 17, be delayed. Judge Edward Davila plans to hold an evidentiary hearing on her request for a new trial.

This sounds like privilege to me. If the convicted felon were not wealthy and in the media spotlight they would not have delayed sentencing, in fact in most cases I doubt they would have given the convicted felon so much time outside of prison. She should be in prison (She was CONVICTED) and should be making appeals while serving her time. She is grasping at straws to stay out of prison and she just needs to start serving her time.
