How lovely to read this uplifting story about Kathy Hughes Anderson as described by her friends--rather than just hearing of her as the Atherton arborist who was brutally slain in her home. She sounds like a wonderfully giving person.

My condolences to Hughes Anderson’s many loved ones. Although I only knew her slightly, I think of her whenever I drive down her street. After reading this lovely tribute to her, I will now think of her when I see and hear the wind in the trees.
