Peninsula cyclists call for increased safety measures on Cañada Road after Lester Legarda's death

Friends from the local skateboarding and cycling community remember Lester Legarda as kind, optimistic and "a committed rider." Legarda died in an April 10 collision while riding on Cañada Road in Woodside.
