Looking back at the HCD's handling of the MP's Housing Element (see linked article below) and in light of the recent Builder Remedy proposals in MP, the HCD's handling of MP's submitted Housing Elements looks to be a hit job and that the intention of the HCD all along was to enable Builder Remedies in cities like MP.

I have voted democratic my entire adult life but it's time for a change with our state leadership. Menlo Park's submitted Housing Element plans for 2x the required new housing and yet, was arbitrarily not accepted by the HCD. It's time for a change.
