Sequoia Healthcare District "morphing" update

Original post made by Jack Hickey, Woodside: Emerald Hills, on Dec 17, 2010

As a result of my postings on Town Square, counsel for the District has issued a Memorandum stating his
"...opinion that the District is properly organized as a healthcare district and is acting within its powers when it makes grants for the provision of health care within the communities served by the District."
That Memorandum, along with my considerable research, is contained in links on "Sequoia Hospital District morphs into Sequoia Healthcare District - History" at Web Link
I am not a lawyer, but I do have legal skills which lead me to a different opinion.
