Tonight: Atherton meets on library issue

Atherton's City Council will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, in the Jennings Pavilion at Holbrook-Palmer Park. On the agenda is the topic that has split the town: the location of a new library in the town's only park.

This item should have been discussed before the EIR was approved. Hopefully the three council members who are opposed to doing a survey of residents before spending $80,000 on an EIR, will explain why.
