Menlo senior Alex Avery named MVP in high school water polo

Alex Avery, a senior at Menlo School, was voted Nov. 6 the Most Valuable Player of the Peninsula Athletic League in boys high school water polo.
Alex committed to Stanford University in September. He is a National Merit Finalist.
