M-A Bears fall to Deer Valley in Antioch

Original post made by calfan, Menlo Park: Sharon Heights, on Dec 23, 2009

The Menlo-Atherton Bears couldn’t buy a basket against a strong and athletic Deer Valley team but the Bears swarming defense keep the game close for the 1st half. The Big 3 for M-A played well with Foster leading the way for the bears with 9 points, Gilbertson adding 5 and Keller with 7. Mahoney contributed with great passes in the paint and big-time rebounds. Della Morte played great defense and scored 6 points.

The Bears hope to rebound against Seaside on December 28th at North Monterey County High School.
