A motorcyclist killed in a head-on collision with a pickup truck on La Honda Road (state Highway 84) on Sunday, Sept. 9, has been identified as Menlo Park resident Stephen Morse, 66, according to information provided by the San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office and the county Coroner’s Office.
The crash happened at 6:46 p.m. near Grandview Drive in Woodside, according to a statement from the Sheriff’s Office.
Investigators are looking into the cause of the crash and ask anyone who witnessed the incident to contact Sgt. Jason Peardon at 650-372-3215 or at jpeardon@smcgov.org.
