Charlotte Dean in Italy for 11th grade
Charlotte Meyer Dean, who graduated from St. Joseph’s School of the Sacred Heart in 2005 and is now a student at St. Paul’s School, a boarding school in Concord, New Hampshire, will spend her entire 11th grade in the School Year Abroad’s program in Viterbo, Italy.
Charlotte, the daughter of Marianne Quarre and Jay Dean of Menlo Park, will study with some 70 other students in an academically rigorous high school program while living with an Italian family. She will not only become immersed in the Italian language and culture but will study ancient history, Latin and Greek, her mother reports.
