Denise Barnett of Menlo Park, owner of Blossoms Flower Shop at Hillsdale Shopping Center, is the recipient of the Mayor’s Award sponsored by the San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce and the city of San Mateo.
The award was presented at the Peninsula Golf and Country Club in San Mateo.
Ms. Barnett has been with Blossoms for 25 years and has donated her time and flowers to local events. She has been a volunteer for the Menlo Park City Schools and Menlo-Atherton High School for 15 years.
