Tip-a-Cop at Buck’s of Woodside Thursday

It’s the one day a year you can slip a cop some money and not land in trouble. Members of the San Mateo Sheriff’s Office, including Sheriff Don Horsley and Undersheriff Greg Munks of Portola Valley, will wait tables at Buck’s, 3062 Woodside Road in Woodside, on Thursday, Oct. 26, starting at 8 a.m.

Their tips will be donated to Special Olympics Northern California to provide year-round sports training and competition to children and adults with development disabilities.
