A cast of 13 and a crew of three will reprise the “golden age of radio” from the 1930s through the 1950s in a performance at 7:15 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, in Portola Valley.
The Bay Area Broadcast Legends — some of whom worked on the original shows — will re-create radio newscasts, kids’ shows, soap operas and commercials in the performance at Lane Family Hall at Valley Presbyterian Church, 945 Portola Road.
Free and open to the public, the one-hour show is sponsored by The Sequoias retirement community in Portola Valley.
