A motorcyclist who died after colliding Saturday, Jan. 17, with a sports utility vehicle on Highway 84 in unincorporated Woodside has been identified by the coroner’s office as Troy Lee Manuel, 42, of Redwood City.
The collision was reported around 2:30 p.m. in the 900 block of the highway and blocked traffic until about 7:45 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Mr. Manuel was pronounced dead on the highway. No other injuries were reported.
The San Mateo County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the cause of the collision.
