The environmental group Acterra seeks volunteers to distribute fliers Saturday in Menlo Park neighborhoods and to encourage residents to sign up for a free “house call” program that helps them learn energy-saving techniques for the home.
Volunteers are asked to pick up materials Saturday, Jan. 24, between 1:30 and 4:30 p.m., in the parish of the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, on the corner of Ravenswood Avenue and Laurel Street in Menlo Park.
The volunteers will walk in Menlo Park neighborhoods for one or two hours and distribute the fliers. Groups are welcome.
