Portola Valley records highest sale at $9.2M

A complete list of home sales on the Midpeninsula, where Portola Valley recorded the highest home sale at $9.2 million for a five-bedroom house that last sold in 2014 for $10 million.

Home sales are provided by California REsource, a real estate information company. The company obtains the home sale information from deeds in county recorders' offices after the close of escrow. The information is published within four to eight weeks.
