West Menlo Park schools on lockdown after authorities say man seen with firearm
Phillips Brooks Elementary School and La Entrada Middle School were on lockdown as of 1:30 p.m. today after two callers reported to the Menlo Park Police Department that they had seen a man with a firearm. The police department said there is no active threat to the public but residents in the area of Avy Avenue and Monte Rosa Drive and should stay inside.
