Affordable housing development coming to East Palo Alto

On Feb. 2, Board of Supervisors President Warren Slocum and local dignitaries celebrated the groundbreaking of Colibri Commons at 965 Weeks Street in East Palo Alto, an affordable housing development that will open 136 new apartments. The complex is expected to be completed in summer 2025.
