Gary Glatzmaier will speak on “Probing the Interior Dynamics of Planets and Stars” from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 10, at Cafe Scientifique in the dining room of the International Building at SRI International in Menlo Park, located on Middlefield Road at Ringwood Avenue.
Mr. Glatzmaier is a pioneer in the development of computer models used to study magnetohydrodynamics. He will lead a discussion probing the internal physics of planets and stars.
