Mitchell Owens of Menlo Park has been missing for 26 years and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is asking for the public’s help in locating him.
Mitchell was 4 years old when he disappeared from his Menlo Park home on Feb. 3, 1983. He is a black male with black hair and brown eyes. When last seen he was 3 feet tall and weighed 40 pounds. He had a scar on the upper part of his nose, a surgical scar on the left side of his rib cage and a lazy right eyelid.
The public is urged to call 1-800-843-5678 with any information concerning his disappearance or his current whereabouts. They may also call the Menlo Park Police Department at 858-3300. All calls are confidential.
