San Mateo County Supervisors OK hiring bonuses and other incentives in quest fill vacancies

The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday approved new hire bonuses and other incentives to attract candidates as the county seeks to fill job vacancies.

I'm appalled at the dearth of African American clinicians and Psychiatrists in San Mateo county‼️ As an African American, if I went to a county clinic and insisted upon seeing someone who looked like me, I'd be turned away‼️
The situation is unreasonable and unacceptable‼️
Why is thus allowed to continue❓
