After a contentious primary that was so close it triggered a recount, Sam Liccardo and Evan Low advanced to this fall’s general election for the chance to represent Silicon Valley in Congress.

While the pair agree on certain issues like gun regulation and abortion rights, they differ on other key issues. Among those are how to approach climate solutions and political reform.
