Mason Chetcuti drove in two runs and Andrew Rocha collected two hits but Sacred Heart Prep fell to visiting Half Moon Bay 5-3 in a non-league baseball game Tuesday.
The Cougars (14-9) scored three runs in the first but SHP (5-14) battled back with two runs in the second on Chetcuti’s double, which followed a single from John Adrian Dioli and a catcher’s interference that put Pete Desler on board.
Luke Renert’s sacrifice fly in the third tied the score. Tyler Wong doubled and went to third on a wild pitch.
Wong, who pitched 6 2/3 innings, kept the Cougars off the scoreboard until the sixth, when he allowed an unearned run.
Wong gave up five runs, two earned, on seven hits. He walked one and struck out three.
The Central Coast Section seeding meeting for baseball will be held Wednesday. SCVAL De Anza Division champion Palo Alto is expected to receive a spot in the Open Division.
Boys golf
Menlo freshman Eric Yun shot a round of 73 and finished in a three-way tie for sixth-place at the Central Coast Section championships played on the Laguna Seca Golf Ranch on Tuesday.

West Bay Athletic League runner-up Harker won the team title with a total score of 388. Mitty was second (393) and Bellarmine (394) third.
Mitty’s Nathan Wang earned medalist honors on a tiebreaker over Aragon’s Leo Wang and Los Altos’ Jamison Tan, who all shot a 70.
Palo Alto’s Kevin Lee was 14th overall with a round of 75. Menlo’s Marcus Ying placed 30th with an 80
