Thursday night is always a belly-baring party at Morocco’s Restaurant in downtown Mountain View (873 Castro St.)
The party starts with happy hour at 4 p.m. with no corkage fee and drinks and appetizer specials. There are also wine flights featuring three wines from all over the world with a complimentary nut and cheese sampler for $15 all night.
The show, complete with expert belly dancers in bejeweled outfits, starts at 7:30 p.m.
Order a glass of Morocco’s famous sangria and a plate of maakouda (Moroccan spiced potatoes) and enjoy the show. And don’t be shy: Audience participation is encouraged.
