Adam and Simone Williams build custom Lego scenes that are literally on the move, whether it’s a Lego theater staging a production of “The Nutcracker,” complete with music, twirling dancers and scene changes, or a Lego volcano with a mesmerizing lava flow in the midst of a lush jungle.

The husband-and-wife team are longtime members of BayLUG (Bay Area LEGO Users Group), and they manage the group’s annual holiday show at Palo Alto’s Museum of American Heritage.

Their jungle display was featured at the 2021 show, which closed earlier this month. The duo will discuss that scene and some of their other creations, and share tips and tricks in a virtual talk presented Jan. 27, 7 p.m., by the Museum of American Heritage. The talk will also offer information about BayLUG, as well as the Adult Fans of LEGO community.
