Next up in Kepler’s Story is the Thing reading series, which brings together authors to read from and discuss their latest titles, is an event featuring four Bay Area fiction writers.
Rita Bullwinkel reads from the Booker Prize-longlisted “Headshot,” Yangsze Choo reads from her novel “The Fox Wife,” Anita Felicelli brings her latest book of short stories, “How We Know Our Time Travelers,” and Cary Groner shares from his post-apocalyptic road trip novel “The Way.”
A reception with the authors starts the evening, followed by readings and Q&A. The featured books will also be on sale for a 20% discount.
Feb. 12, 6-8 p.m., Kepler’s Books, 1010 El Camino Real, Menlo Park; free; keplers.org/upcoming-events-internal/story-is-the-thing-202502.
