Jazz pianist and composer Connie Han, who was called “one of contemporary jazz’s most talented and inventive musicians” by Variety, performs a run of concerts in Filoli’s Ballroom Performance Series, in celebration of Lunar New Year.
Han’s 2022 album (her third), “Secrets of Inanna,” is an homage to the ancient Sumerian goddess of love, beauty and war. The charismatic Han is known for her fiery, contemporary style, according to Filoli’s website. Other upcoming performances in the series include Valentine’s Day jazz featuring Tiffany Austin and, in March, a visit from Opera San José.
 Jan. 29, 30 and 31, 7:30-9:30 p.m., Filoli, 86 Cañada Road, Woodside; $75-$105; filoli.org/performance.
