A true multi-instrumentalist, musician-composer and longtime Bay Area resident Roger Glenn is bringing his Latin jazz quartet to Palo Alto’s Meyhouse for the very first time. According to Glenn’s website, he can play more than 18 instruments, including flute, saxophone, vibraphone, clarinet, oboe, marimba and Latin percussion.

At the Meyhouse show, he’s billed as playing sax, flute and vibes, joined by Marcos Silva on piano, Robb Fisher on bass and Kelly Zaban Fasman on drums. Glenn’s versatility has led him to an illustrious career, with credits on more than 40 records and opportunities to play with the likes of Dizzy Gillespie and Mongo Santamaria.
