The Menlo Park Police Department is seeking information about a bicycle accident that occurred on Sand Hill Road west of Branner Drive on July 22 at about 1:05 p.m. in which a 54-year-old woman was injured.
The woman was wearing a helmet when she reportedly fell and struck her head while riding her bicycle with friends going east on Sand Hill Road, on the south side of the roadway.
She was taken to Stanford Hospital for her injuries. The cause of the accident is still being investigated.
Police are asking anyone with additional information regarding the incident to call the investigating officer at 330-6300.
