If you’re stumped on where to dine for Valentine’s Day, check out this list of Peninsula restaurants offering prix fixe menus and themed specials. But be warned – Valentine’s reservations are quickly filling up, so snag your spot while you can.
All prix fixe prices listed below are per person.
Adrestia, Sunnyvale

Located in the TETRA Hotel, Adrestia is offering a $95 prix fixe dinner on Valentine’s Day from 5-9 p.m.
Start with either the uni risotto or beef tartare, followed by your choice of prime filet or Alaskan halibut. Finish with vanilla butter cake or Valrhona chocolate cake.
Amoura, South San Francisco
Amoura is offering a Moroccan six-course prix fixe dinner for $95 on Valentine’s Day. Start with a selection of dips and bread, carrot ginger soup and fattoush before your choice of charred prawns or crispy Brussels sprouts, then grass-fed filet mignon or cauliflower steak and Dubai chocolate roll cake or fresh watermelon sorbet.
Camper, Menlo Park
Camper is offering a $110 three-course prix fixe dinner with an optional $45 beverage pairing Feb. 13-14. The meal starts with welcome bubbles, then a first course of ruby red beets, yellowfin tuna presse or little gem lettuce heart salad. Main courses include griddled Gulf prawns, braised short ribs, crispy fried cauliflower clusters or Dungeness crab spaghetti, and dessert is a molten chocolate cake with Earl Grey tea sauce.
Cucina Venti, Mountain View
The Italian restaurant is offering a $185 four-course prix fixe dinner, with an optional wine pairing for an extra $80. The dinner includes a complimentary glass of Moët & Chandon as well as a single long-stemmed red rose on the table.
First course options are smoked wild Scottish salmon, grilled Australian lamb riblets or zucchini cakes, followed by a choice between lobster bisque, beet salad or greens and apples salad. Then comes either filet mignon, Australian lamb chops, organic Mary’s bone-in chicken breast, salmon, fettuccine pescatore or black truffle risotto. For dessert, choose between tiramisu, mango sorbet or chocolate-hazelnut cake.
Donato Enoteca, Redwood City

Donato Enoteca is offering a $75 three-course dinner and a $97 four-course dinner Feb. 14. Antipasti options include crispy pork belly, poached seafood medley or soft egg on crispy ciabatta bread with winter truffle; primi includes lobster ravioli or tagliatelle pasta with artichokes; and secondi includes Angus New York loin, Mediterranean sea bass or eggplant Milanese. Dessert is soft almond cookies with chocolate ganache, strawberry sorbet, creme anglaise and rose petals.
Flea Street, Menlo Park
Flea Street is hosting its Weekend of Love Feb. 13-14 with a $175 five-course prix fixe menu.
Main course options include wild mushroom ravioli, beet risotto, deep sea scallops, lamb chops or short rib Wellington, with dessert options such as Meyer lemon pudding cake, chocolate trifle or citrus sorbet.
Il Fornaio, Mountain View, Santa Clara, Burlingame
Il Fornaio is celebrating Valentine’s Feb. 9-19 with specials including crab and vegetable soup, fried zucchini blossoms, spaghetti with lobster and mussels, braised short ribs and a Valentine’s dessert sampler of chocolate-covered strawberries, puff pastry topped with strawberry compote and a heart-shaped chocolate mousse cake filled with raspberries.
Loma Mar Outpost, Loma Mar

This longtime restaurant and community resource hub is hosting its first community dinner of the year on Valentine’s Day. The pay-what-you-can meal has a suggested donation of $25, with seatings at 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
It includes your choice of red wine braised short ribs with creamy polenta and ratatouille or roasted cauliflower steak with pine nuts, pesto and lemon zest. Dessert options are chocolate mousse, mini pineapple upside-down cake or mini chocolate bundt cake with raspberries. RSVP by emailing store@lommaroutpost.org.
Madera, Menlo Park
Madera is hosting a $150 Valentine’s brunch from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The meal begins with cardamom monkey bread, deviled eggs, Marin Gem oysters and Dungeness crab before a main course featuring your choice of Maine lobster eggs Benedict, a French omelette or brioche French toast. For dessert, choose between a raspberry rose meringue or Dandelion Camino Verde chocolate and hazelnut cake.
Meyhouse, Palo Alto and Sunnyvale


Meyhouse is offering a $140 family-style dinner for two at both of its locations from Feb. 13-14, featuring cold and hot meze, shared main courses and choice of dessert.
For jazz lovers, Meyhouse Palo Alto is offering a $200 experience that includes the above prix fixe menu plus a live jazz performance by Jackie Ryan and Larry Vuckovich. Seatings are at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. on both nights.
Mistral Restaurant & Bar, Redwood City
Mistral is offering a $99 four-course prix fixe Valentine’s day dinner. The meal includes an appetizer of prawn with shrimp bisque, then a starter of poached pear and burrata salad or crab cake Caesar salad. The main course is a choice of grilled filet of beef, rack of lamb, seared scallops, duck leg confit, almond-crusted halibut or grilled Angus ribeye steak. To finish, choose between butterscotch bread pudding, Valrhona chocolate macadamia nut brownie or winter-spiced pumpkin cheesecake.
Oak + Violet, Menlo Park

Located in the Park James Hotel, Oak + Violet is offering a $95 four-course prix fixe dinner Feb. 13-14. The meal starts with sourdough bread with whipped ricotta and honey before a first course of yellowfin tuna crudo or “chicken fried” quail. The dinner continues with potato and egg yolk raviolo or Dungeness crab risotto, then your choice of grass-fed beef tenderloin or lobster and petrale sole. For dessert, choose between devil’s food cake or cheesecake.
Local Union 271, Palo Alto

This farm-to-table restaurant is offering a $75 prix fixe Valentine’s menu with choice of winter salad, jumbo prawn cocktail or lobster bisque soup for an appetizer fillet medallions, halibut, butternut squash risotto or lobster ravioli for an entree, plus a side (winter vegetables, turmeric white rice or mashed potatoes); and flan or raspberry mousse for dessert.
Pizzeria Delfina, Palo Alto and Burlingame

Pizzeria Delfina will have a few specials at both locations for Valentine’s Day. Expect Dungeness crab and burrata crespelle, Tropicale Pie (charred pineapple, prosciutto cotto, tomato, pickled peppers and mozzarella) and the Gin the Mood for Love cocktail with gin, blood orange, honey and aperitivo.
Porta Blu, Menlo Park

Located in Hotel Nia, Porta Blu is serving a $125 six-course prix fixe menu with oysters, asparagus, scallops, lobster, short ribs au poivre and a chocolate caramel tart.
Quattro, East Palo Alto

Located in the Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley, Quattro is offering a $175 dinner with an optional $60 wine pairing, as well as live harp music.
Sushi Roku, Palo Alto

The contemporary sushi restaurant at Stanford Shopping Center is offering a $150 six-course Valentine’s Day Izakaya Fest as well as two specialty Valentine’s cocktails ($20 each). The feast includes miso soup, Brussels sprout chips, seafood carpaccio, nigiri, a surf-and-turf sushi roll, wagyu ishiyaki and dessert.
Table Wine Merchant, Pacifica
This Coastside self-proclaimed “wine pub” is offering a $50 three-course Valentine’s dinner with San Francisco pop-up Dark Horse, including paired wines from Alluvial Wines & Spirits. Seatings are at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., and the menu features Dungeness crab and red pepper bisque, white wine- and cider-braised pork shoulder and marquise au chocolat.
Teleferic Barcelona, Palo Alto
From Feb. 13-15, Teleferic Barcelona is offering a $78 multicourse dining experience with an optional $30 wine pairing. It starts with a welcome appetizer – an oyster topped with uni, tuna tartar and salmon roe – before the next course of chips and caviar, shrimp crostini and empanadas, as well as tapas and jamon iberico. Entree choices include prime Wellington, grilled halibut or lobster paella. The meal ends with a Valentine’s-themed dessert.
