Katrina Whiteaker’s photo at the Menlo Park Civic Center won a contest to find a photo for the cover of the city’s 2007-08 budget report, the city has announced.
The winner is based on votes taken at the city’s two recent budget open house events.
“Of the 23 fabulous photos of Menlo Park submitted to possibly grace the cover of the City’s 2007-08 Budget, there could only be one winner,” the city says on its Web site. “Thanks to Katrina Whiteaker for her great shot, and to all who entered photos into our contest.”
