Last spring, I was invited to a private party at Menlo Park’s new candy store, The Sugar Shack. At the party, I tasted the most delicious cupcakes I had ever had.
I asked Suzie Tinsley, co-owner of the Sugar Shack, who made them. She said it was Sibby Thomsen, the creator of Sibby’s Cupcakery in San Mateo.
