The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District has announced that due to a recent wildland fire, the following areas will remain closed throughout the Labor Day weekend: Monte Bello Preserve, Saratoga Gap Preserve and Picchetti Ranch Preserve.
The district asks that questions about the fire be referred to CalFire Incident Command Chief McGeever at 408/472-1609.
