The 94 seniors from Summit Preparatory Charter High School gathered with family and school staff for a graduation ceremony for the Class of 2009 on the campus of Sequoia High School in Redwood City on the evening of Friday, June 12.
The celebration for this third annual Summit Prep graduation ceremony included a student film, presentation of gifts from teacher-mentors and from the senior class, and opening and parting addresses by Executive Director Todd Dickson.
The senior class gift was a tree for an outdoor area that is scheduled for renovation, a school official said.
