St. Raymond, a private Catholic K-8 grade school in Menlo Park, will hold a book fair March 2-5 in conjunction with Kepler’s Books.

The book fair is open to the public and will be held in the Parish Center across from the church at 1100 Santa Cruz Ave. in Menlo Park.

Days and hours are Tuesday, March 2, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.; Wednesday, March 3, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.; Thursday, March 4, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.; and Friday, March 5, from 7:30 a.m. to noon.

Also on Tuesday, March 2, St. Raymond School will participate in Read Across America Day, an annual reading motivation and awareness program, says school spokesperson Kim McNair.

March 2 is the birthday of children’s author Dr. Seuss. All students will be allowed to wear pajamas and will be wearing paper Dr. Seuss hats throughout the day, Ms. McNair said.

Students in different grades will partner up to read their favorite books aloud together, she said.
