Jesse Cool and Flea Street Cafe will present Temra Costa, author of “Farmer Jane: Women Changing the Way We Eat,” and Dru Rivers of Full Belly Farm in a conversation about women and food at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 8, at the cafe.
The five-course meal will include heirloom tomato and peach strata, braised lamb, melon sorbet, suckling pig, and plum crostata. Ingredients used in preparing the dinner will be from Full Belly Farm.
Dinner is $85 per person, with optional wine pairing at $30 per person. Signed copies of “Farmer Jane” will be available for purchase.
