Police said they suspect that a shooting at around 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28, in the 400 block of Hamilton Avenue in Menlo Park was gang-related.
One person with a non-life-threatening gunshot injury was taken to Stanford Hospital, Menlo Park police said.
The victim was found in front of his residence. Detectives are not releasing further identifying information about the victim, said police department spokeswoman Nicole Acker.
Police said that the suspected shooter and possibly two other people fled in a silver or gray Honda that was driven northbound on Hamilton Avenue.
The passengers were described as Hispanic males, including one about 25 years old and wearing a beanie.
