A magnitude 2.2 earthquake — a micro earthquake — struck Woodside at about 10:19 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 23, according to the Southern California Earthquake Data Center.
The report was based on information from the U.S. Geological Survey in Menlo Park.
The epicenter was 1 mile east-southeast of Woodside and 2 miles deep, the report says. The quake center was also 3 miles from Portola Valley and Atherton.
