It’s been so long since California has experienced a normal wet winter (2011) that many of us have forgotten what it feels like.
These ducks, who live in Woodside, don’t need any lessons in what to do in the water, though.
Their hen companions may not be quite so enthusiastic about the mud, but they do seem quite willing to let the rain just “roll off their backs” and ignore it, rather than hang out in their warm and dry, but boring, coop.
