Traffic is heavier than usual on Willow Road and Marsh Road because a stalled big rig truck on the San Mateo Bridge has redirected traffic, according to an alert issued at about 4:15 p.m. today (Oct. 23) by Menlo Park police.
People are advised to take other routes, if possible.
