In a 57-39 win over Ohio’s Cincinnati Thunder, Tejal Gupta and Porsche Trinidad had 10 points apiece to lead the way.
Marley Langi scored 16 points while Sharon Nejad had 11 points and eight rebounds in a 59-30 win over the Fort Bend Stars of Texas.
Paye’s (4-1) meets the top-seeded Tennessee Rush (4-0) in Thursday morning’s quarterfinal round. The Rush topped the Murfreesboro Force, 36-33, in the Round of 16 after earning a first-round bye in bracket play.
