Julian Jarrad singled home the winning run in the bottom of the 11th inning, lifting No. 9 Menlo to a 3-2 victory over Westmont in Santa Barbara on Thursday.
The Golden State Athletic League game was originally scheduled for Menlo on Feb. 19 but was rained out. The game was moved to Westmont as a convenience. The Oaks (27-9, 13-4) open a series with host The Master’s College on Friday at 3 p.m. in Fullerton. Read the story here.
