Izzy Henig is a veteran of the CIF State Swimming and Diving Championships, having capped her senior season at Menlo-Atherton High in the spring with some solid finishes in the state finals, including a second place in the 100-yard freestyle.

This week, however, is the biggest meet of the season for Henig and her teammates on the Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics (PASA) club swim team. This week is the 2018 Speedo Junior National Championships at the William Woollett Jr. Aquatics Complex in Irvine. Read the story here.
